Cancellation policy

Raw Halo Subscribe & Save subscriptions have no minimum commitment.

You can cancel, pause or skip your subscription at any time through your subscription account, subject to any order that has already been processed.

Any changes or cancellations should be made before your next scheduled order is processed. Your next order date and the applicable cut-off for making changes are shown within your subscription account.

Once an order has already been processed for fulfilment, we may not be able to cancel it. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rawhalo.com and we'll let you know the options available.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future recurring orders and payments. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
