Christmas Delivery Info

Here at Raw Halo, we love to get our shake on and slurp away with the most heavenly of creations. Whether you like yours thick like ice cream, or thin like chocolate milk, we’ve got a creation you’re sure to love.

Created in 1885, the milkshake was originally an alcoholic affair made from a combination of whisky, eggs and cream. This is so far removed from the chocolate concoctions we enjoy today, and with the multitude of milkshakes available, if you think you can only imbibe a dairy and chocolate blend, think again. Allow us to share our favourite milkshakes, the Raw Halo way:

The Thick Banana Hazelnut Chocolate One. The thickness comes from a frozen ripe banana. In a blender combine: 1 small frozen (ripe) banana, 1 tbsp hazelnut butter, 250ml hazelnut mylk and 4 squares of our Pure Mylk chocolate. Whizz up and enjoy. Add some coconut flakes and cacao nibs for a crunchy topping. No need for additional sweeteners, the banana will be all the sweet you require.

The Almond Chocolate Berry One. This dessert-like shake is an ideal mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Combine in a blender: 250ml almond mylk, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp almond nut butter, a pinch of sea salt, 4 squares of our Dark + Nibs chocolate, and a scoop of dairy-free chocolate ice cream. Blend and pour into a tall glass. Top with fresh berries and banana to score points on your 5 a day!

The Caramel Sea Salt One. Quite possibly our favourite mylkshake. The richness of the medjool date simply serves to enhance the flavour of the chocolate and add a little sweetness. Add 4 squares of our Mylk + Salted Caramel bar to your blender along with 250ml almond mylk, 1 frozen banana, 1 medjool date and a pinch of sea salt. Power up and go. Top with blackberries and coconut chips for extra flavour!

The Banana Espresso One. If your morning needs more than an average cup of Joe, quickly whip up this caffeine boosted beauty. Place a small banana, 2 shots of espresso (cooled), 250ml almond mylk, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, ½ tbsp chia seeds, 4 squares of our Dark + Nibs, and a handful of ice to a blender. Whizz on high, pour into a glass and serve topped with shredded coconut (optional).

The Black Forest One. Even better than the cake and tastes just like you’re eating a chilled chocolate coated cherry. Blend one scoop of dairy-free chocolate ice cream, 4 squares of our Pure Dark chocolate, 150ml coconut mylk, 10 pitted cherries and 100ml cherry juice. Pour into a glass and garnish with a cherry and shavings of our Pure Dark chocolate.

The Creamy Date One. With just four ingredients this is quite possibly the easiest shake to make at any time of the day. Simply add 2 medjool dates, 4 squares of our Mylk + Pink Himalayan Salt chocolate, 250ml almond mylk and a small frozen banana to a blender. Whizz, pour, enjoy.

The Blackberry, Blueberry and Vanilla One. Simple but delicious. Blend 1 small frozen banana with 250ml almond mylk and ½ tsp vanilla powder. Pour half the mylkshake into a mug, then add a handful of blackberries to the blender and whizz the remaining ingredients. Pour both the vanilla mylkshake and blackberry mylkshake into a bowl to create the prettiest swirls. Decorate with blueberries, crunchy granola, and our Pure Mylk chocolate.
